Fifty-five-year-old smashes world record on penny-farthing
Richard Thoday, 55, of Derbyshire Dales in the UK, smashed a world time record that had stood for 132 years during a cycling challenge... on a penny-farthing! He left Land's End for John O'Groats and completed the 874 miles in just four days and 12 hours.
