Adorable puppy clambers over fence to reach foster mum
Angela Norman from Louisville, Kentucky, put her 13-week old puppy Phoebe to bed, but the animal had other plans. Since it was Phoebe's first night in Angela's home, the puppy didn't want to be left alone and climbed up the guard.
